Model Clauses: The Personal Information is transferred within the P&P group by way of the European Commission’s model contracts for the transfer of Personal Information to third countries (i.e., the standard contractual clauses), pursuant to Decision 2004/915/EC. Further, Personal Information is transferred to our providers by way of the European Commission’s model contracts for the transfer of Personal Information to third countries (i.e., the standard contractual clauses), pursuant to Decision 2010/87/EU. Do Not Track
